Quality Control Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading the SSR Quality Control team in a remote capacity, the full-time Quality Control Supervisor will manage quality standards, oversee audits, and drive continuous improvements to ensure accurate field data for solar projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and develop the offshore SSR Quality Control team, establishing production goals and quality expectations
• Review and approve Site Survey Reports (SSRs) to ensure completeness and accuracy before release to Design and Engineering
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated SSR issues and monitor department KPIs

Required qualifications

• Strong residential electrical knowledge is required
• Previous quality control or technical review experience is required
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is required
• Strong understanding of residential solar construction and project workflows
• Experience with developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and KPI reporting
