Quality Control Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Control Technician to perform laboratory testing and maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct chemical and physical laboratory testing to ensure product conformity and enter data into SAP
• Retain samples for future evaluations and assist in the investigation of product complaints
• Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and uphold 5S standards in quality areas

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or one year of related experience
• Ability to read and understand testing instructions, tolerances, and dimensioning
• Proficient in using measurement equipment such as micrometers and calipers
• Able to work with hazardous materials and lift 50 pounds
• Capable of working on feet for most of the day
