Quality Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Coordinator to identify and close gaps in care for value-based contracted patients with quality needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize various practice EMRs to review patient charts and submit documentation through payer portals
• Identify actions needed to address unmet clinical quality measures during the performance period
• Maintain knowledge of quality measure specifications to ensure accurate data capture in EMR

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
• 1+ years of experience with HEDIS or healthcare quality
• Experience with Salesforce and Athena is a plus
• Comfort utilizing various electronic health records and Microsoft suite products
