Quality Credentialing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality and Credentialing Manager who will oversee performance improvement and credentialing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the credentialing team and manage credentialing and quality reporting
• Monitor data entry and design audit processes for the credentialing database
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience (CPMSM, CPCS, and/or NAMSS preferred)
• 2-3 years of credentialing experience
• Supervisory or managerial experience preferred
• Ability to take initiative and improve administrative support functions
• Willingness to perform all duties as assigned
