Quality Crew Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Lead and develop crewmembers while ensuring adherence to safety and food safety procedures
• Evaluate job performance and drive continuous improvement of waste elimination

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of quality experience in production/manufacturing
• Able to frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
• Proven experience in leadership/supervisory roles
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English for safety and quality reasons
• Preferred certifications: HACCP, PCQI, Allergen Control, and 21CFR Part 110 training
