Quality Data Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Data Analyst responsible for reporting and analytical project management in the Quality, Risk and Regulatory Management department.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and analyzes complex systems, reports, dashboards, and Key Performance Indicators to support management decision-making
- Assembles data from multiple sources to identify trends and variability in clinical operations
- Builds SQL views, tables, and stored procedures for data management and quality improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in healthcare, business, IT, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of analytics-related experience
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access
- Experience with external comparative databases and relational databases
- Proficiency in SQL for table, view, and stored procedure creation and manipulation
