Quality Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Data Analyst responsible for reporting and analytical project management in the Quality, Risk, and Regulatory Management department.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and analyzes complex systems, creating reports, dashboards, and models to assist in management decision-making
• Assembles data from multiple sources to identify trends and variability in clinical operations
• Manages data input, throughput, and output for quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in healthcare, business, IT, or equivalent work experience
• Three to five years of analytics-related experience
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Access
• Experience with relational databases and SQL, including table, view, and stored procedure creation
• Familiarity with external comparative databases
