Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Data Analyst II to analyze integrated datasets and deliver insights to improve clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze data from multiple healthcare sources
• Support execution of large-scale projects and perform root-cause analysis of data irregularities
• Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience with large databases and data management, or 1+ years in IT
• Preferred healthcare analytics experience
• Working knowledge of SQL/query languages and programmatic coding languages like Python and R
• Knowledge of statistical and analytical techniques, including data modeling and trend analysis
