Quality Data Analyst

Job Summary

Transforming complex healthcare data into actionable insights, the full-time Quality Data Analyst will develop reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators while collaborating with clinical and operational leaders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analytical models to support quality and performance improvement initiatives
• Analyze complex healthcare data from various sources and create SQL tables, views, and advanced queries for reporting needs
• Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support leadership decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
• 3-5 years of analytics, reporting, healthcare data, or business intelligence experience
• Experience with relational databases and advanced SQL development, including tables, views, and stored procedures
• Proficiency in creating dashboards, scorecards, and data visualizations
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, quality metrics, and medical terminology preferred
