Job Summary
To support quality improvement initiatives, the full-time Quality Data Analyst will perform advanced data preparation, analysis, and reporting while working remotely from Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Texas.
Key responsibilities
- Collects, validates, and maintains accurate datasets for quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives
- Develops and enhances dashboards and reports, improving data processes using analytic tools
- Partners with stakeholders to interpret analytic outputs and translate findings into actionable insights
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
- At least three years of related experience for Level II; five years for Level III
- Intermediate to expert-level skills in healthcare data analysis and visualization tools (SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong understanding of healthcare quality measures and performance improvement methodologies
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate findings effectively
