Quality Data Entry Specialist
Job Summary
To support the execution of Clinical Quality processes, the full-time Quality Data Entry Specialist will review medical records for HEDIS/STARs data collection, perform quality monitoring, and ensure compliance with technical specifications while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support the implementation and execution of Clinical Quality processes, including HEDIS and STARs data gathering
- Perform quality medical record reviews and maintain accurate records of review activities
- Serve as a liaison with internal and external departments to ensure optimal customer service and data accuracy
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of administrative support experience
- 1+ years of experience with HEDIS/STARs
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis and quality chart reviews
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
