Quality Data Entry Specialist
Job Summary
To support clinical quality processes, the full-time Quality Data Entry Specialist will manage the implementation and execution of HEDIS and STARs data gathering, perform quality medical record reviews, and ensure compliance with technical specifications while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support the coordination of HEDIS and STARs data gathering processes and evaluate clinical documentation quality
- Review medical records for data collection, entry, and quality monitoring to identify gaps in care
- Serve as a liaison with internal and external departments to ensure optimal customer service and respond to clinical quality inquiries
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of administrative support experience
- 1 year of experience with HEDIS/STAR processes or similar quality regulatory reporting
- Knowledge of medical terminology and experience with Microsoft Office applications
- 1 year of experience in data analysis or quality chart reviews
