Job Summary

To enhance the quality of business operations, the remote Quality Director will oversee a team of SGAs, focusing on increasing retention, setting up agency systems, and reviewing profitable practices.

Key responsibilities

• Increase retention of AIL/NILICO business
• Set up systems for SGA offices that maximize long-term profit
• Develop quality plans with agencies and track their progress

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Insurance experience required
• Experience in a similar role preferred
• Ability to review business and monitor upfront business performance
• Strong focus on quality systems within the business
