Quality Director, Special Projects

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Director, IE and Special Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive performance improvements using the TTM 9CI standardized Continuous Improvement Tool Box across all North America sites
• Develop a data-driven Zero Defect approach to reduce customer quality escapes and enhance product quality
• Lead internal quality audits and provide training on quality systems and tools

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Advanced Management or Technical Degree preferred
• Technical bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of engineering and leadership experience, or a relevant technical degree/certification with 7-10 years of progressive experience
• Working knowledge of ISO/AS standards and/or similar quality systems
• Expertise in Quality and Continuous Improvement Tools
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time
