Quality Ecosystem Lead

Job Summary

Defining ecosystem-specific quality standards, the full-time remote Quality Ecosystem Lead will oversee the installation and continuous improvement of operational systems, support value delivery across sites, and implement structured problem-solving tools while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and update ecosystem-specific quality standards in collaboration with stakeholders
• Support maturity building and value capture through site visits and strategic planning
• Lead cross-site initiatives and coach senior leaders on operational excellence

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business Field with 10+ years of experience; a master's degree is a plus
• Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, with certifications preferred
• Experience in key leadership roles related to operational or functional excellence
• Demonstrated ability to align global processes across multiple sites
• Experience in implementing lean operating models and performance improvement tools
