Quality Enablement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Expert Policy Quality Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Supports governance and communication of clinical and operational claim and payment policies to ensure regulatory compliance
• Leads cross-functional change management initiatives, coordinating multiple work streams and aligning stakeholders
• Monitors change lifecycle progress and communicates implementation milestones to senior leaders and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree
• Program management training or 5+ years managing complex, multi-project environments
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office products, especially MS SharePoint
• Extensive knowledge of the health care industry
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
