Quality Enablement Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Quality Enablement Specialist will develop and implement quality assurance processes, monitor sales team performance, and provide coaching and feedback to enhance productivity and professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Review and monitor the quality of work performed by the sales team through call and chat recordings
- Identify coaching needs and communicate them to management and the training department
- Prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports for management review
Required qualifications
- Experience in digital advertising, B2B, or tele sales; previous quality assurance experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google products
- Results-oriented with the ability to motivate others and drive performance
- Ability to multitask and operate effectively in a fast-paced team environment
