Quality Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Engineer who will ensure the reliability and performance of critical systems through effective testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute manual and automated testing strategies across various testing efforts
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases and testing plans while documenting defects and test results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality engineering practices within CI/CD pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• 5+ years of experience testing backend, database, EDW, or ETL systems
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong SQL experience and hands-on work with at least one relational database platform
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
