Quality Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Quality/Test Engineer will drive quality initiatives throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), design automated testing solutions, and collaborate with engineering teams, all while working remotely within the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Drive quality initiatives from requirements through production support and validate code quality prior to deployment
• Design and maintain automated testing solutions that enhance scalable delivery practices and contribute to CI/CD testing workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and support successful release readiness activities

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, or related engineering roles
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and familiarity with modern SDLC practices
• Understanding of API testing, integration testing, regression testing, and release validation practices
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based development environments
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and adapt quickly in fast-moving technical environments
