Quality Engineer

Job Summary

To support a modernization journey, the remote Quality Engineer will design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and execute various testing types for web, mobile, and API-based applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated test frameworks and execute testing types including smoke, regression, and performance testing
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to translate requirements into test plans and document bugs through resolution
• Establish and monitor quality metrics, continuously improving test coverage and processes to ensure high-quality releases

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software testing and test automation
• 3+ years of experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar
• 6+ months of experience leveraging AI tools in the software development lifecycle
• Intermediate proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript)
• Intermediate proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
