Quality Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely as a full-time Quality Engineer, the successful candidate will ensure high-quality, reliable systems through thoughtful, risk-based manual testing, while managing quality outcomes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver maximum customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage test plans for features, enhancements, and defects with minimal direction
• Define and refine manual quality assurance requirements throughout the development lifecycle
• Identify, assess, and communicate quality risks to cross-functional stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Previous experience in software testing or quality engineering within a professional software development environment
• Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and continuous improvement practices
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Proficiency with GitHub, Postman, Atlassian products, and Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with constituent relationship management tools is preferred
