Quality Engineer
Job Summary
Contributing to product quality through the design, automation, and execution of validation strategies, the full-time remote Quality Engineer will develop automated test frameworks, analyze defects, and ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute quality engineering strategies across test phases, ensuring reliable and scalable releases
- Maintain automated test frameworks integrated into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous validation through collaboration with development teams
- Analyze defects and test results to identify root causes, driving continuous quality improvements and managing the defect lifecycle
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field such as Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance for IT solutions
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools, as well as CI/CD practices
- Proven track record of delivering quality engineering activities within SDLC frameworks
- Familiarity with healthcare systems, web services, APIs, and relational databases is a plus
