Quality Engineer
Job Summary
To support the delivery of reliable and high-quality software, the full-time remote Quality Engineer will develop testing strategies, expand automated test coverage, and integrate quality throughout the software development lifecycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies that validate functional and non-functional requirements
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to enhance software quality and engineering efficiency
- Monitor quality metrics and customer feedback to identify trends for continuous improvement in testing processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, or test automation
- Proficiency with automated testing frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
- Experience testing APIs and web applications, with knowledge of AI-assisted testing tools
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
