Quality Engineer II

Job Summary

To support a growing engineering team, the remote Quality Engineer II will write and maintain test cases, own testing for small features and bugs, and develop automated tests while collaborating with senior engineers to enhance their skills.

Key responsibilities

• Write and maintain test cases for features, covering both standard and edge cases while identifying risks
• Deliver scoped work on time for assigned small features and bugs with minimal supervision
• Develop reliable automated tests for features, including end-to-end and API-level tests, while ensuring test suite stability

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in software quality, testing, or test automation
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, or C#)
• Experience writing and maintaining automated tests, preferably with Playwright or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and basic debugging skills
• Interest in healthcare and commitment to protecting patient data
