Quality Engineer II
Job Summary
To support healthcare technology initiatives, the Quality Engineer II will engage in both QA testing and the maintenance/expansion of an in-house QA validation tool, working remotely on a contract basis with potential for extension or conversion to full-time.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure the accuracy of healthcare reporting data
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a .NET 8 backend and React/TypeScript frontend validation tool
- Collaborate with developers and QA team members to enhance test coverage and validate queries against AWS Athena
Required qualifications
- 3 years of experience in software QA with a strong background in manual and automated testing
- Proficiency in C# and JavaScript, with the ability to read and extend code
- Strong SQL skills, including experience writing and extending queries in AWS Athena
- 2 years of experience with Cucumber or similar BDD frameworks for automated testing
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as S3, Athena, and QuickSight
