Quality Engineer III

Job Summary

Designing and implementing test automation solutions, the remote Quality Engineer III will develop robust automation scripts, integrate them into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical support for software installation, testing, and troubleshooting, ensuring effective communication and documentation
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Java or C#, integrating Selenium and Appium for comprehensive testing of web and mobile applications
• Analyze test results and collaborate with QA and project teams to identify root causes of failures and assist in defect resolution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in systems engineering or programming, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
• 7 years of experience in testing mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and mobile automation tools like Appium
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the software development life cycle
• Experience with defect tracking tools, particularly JIRA, and automation testing techniques
