Quality Engineer IV

Job Summary

Driving quality strategy and technical direction, the full-time remote Quality Engineer IV will lead enterprise-level quality initiatives, influence architecture decisions, and ensure high-performing testing practices across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute test strategies within a Scrum team to ensure comprehensive coverage aligned with product goals
• Lead automation strategy, including framework design and integration into CI/CD pipelines, while identifying and mitigating systemic quality risks
• Mentor engineers on automation practices and contribute to best practices for testing and quality engineering across the organization

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software quality engineering, particularly in complex, high-scale environments with an automation-first approach
• 6+ years of hands-on experience designing and evolving automation frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing
• Deep expertise in automation development using modern languages such as JavaScript, Python, or C#
• Expert-level experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of API automation, service virtualization, and test data management
