Quality Engineer IV

Job Summary

Leading quality initiatives, the full-time Quality Engineer IV will define end-to-end testing requirements in a telecommuter role, ensuring compliance with healthcare workflows while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business and IT leaders to identify and address improvement opportunities
• Oversee code review processes to ensure compliance with best practices and architectural guidelines
• Lead the development of healthcare-specific test data strategies and comprehensive test scenarios

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems
• Eight years of software development experience with knowledge of the software development lifecycle
• Experience in the healthcare industry or a highly regulated environment (strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with cloud solutions and Agile environments (preferred)
• Experience using and creating automated test tools (preferred)
