Quality Engineer Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of Quality Engineers, the full-time Quality Engineer Lead will drive testing, automation, and quality engineering initiatives to ensure reliable and secure software, working remotely while collaborating with cross-functional teams and promoting continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the adoption of AI-assisted testing and modern quality engineering practices to enhance software quality and productivity
• Plan and execute manual and automated testing strategies to ensure high-quality software releases
• Mentor and develop a high-performing Quality Engineering team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, or software engineering, including technical leadership responsibilities
• 1-3 years of experience leading or mentoring engineering teams or technical initiatives
• Strong expertise in quality engineering, automation frameworks, and AI-assisted testing methodologies
• Experience leading Agile teams through planning, delivery, and continuous improvement
