Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Staff Engineer - Quality Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the quality engineering architecture for a distributed data intelligence platform
• Lead the design and development of modular automation frameworks and CI pipelines
• Build and maintain comprehensive test plans for performance and reliability at scale

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in software quality engineering with expertise in distributed or cloud-native platforms
• Extensive experience in automation development using Python, Bash, and Git-based CI/CD environments
• Proven success in architecting test frameworks across complex infrastructure components
• Strong understanding of file systems, I/O stack behavior, and storage profiling
• ISTQB Certified (or equivalent) with demonstrated leadership in quality process transformation
