Quality Engineering Architect
Job Summary
Leading the organization's test automation and quality engineering transformation initiatives, the remote contract Quality Engineering Architect will define enterprise-wide testing strategies, establish automation standards, and integrate testing within CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement enterprise-wide Quality Engineering and Test Automation strategy
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, API, and end-to-end testing
- Integrate automated testing into GitLab CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or Software Testing
- Proven experience building enterprise-grade automation frameworks from scratch
- Strong expertise in Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber (BDD), REST Assured, and Postman
- Hands-on experience integrating automation into GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, Continuous Testing, and Shift-Left methodologies
