Quality Engineering Automation Lead

Job Summary

To drive automation strategy and implementation for Property & Casualty insurance platforms, the full-time remote Quality Engineering Automation Lead will design scalable automation frameworks, lead automation teams, and ensure alignment with business processes across complex testing engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the test automation strategy for P&C insurance platform implementations and ongoing regression testing
• Lead automation for core P&C insurance applications, designing and automating business-critical scenarios
• Build and implement automation frameworks using industry-leading tools and integrate with CI/CD processes

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, or test automation
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on automation architecture or lead experience
• Strong experience in the Property & Casualty insurance domain and relevant platforms
• Hands-on experience with open-source and commercial automation tools
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
