Quality Engineering AVP

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP of Quality Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design the IT Testing CoE's strategic roadmap and implementation timelines aligned with overall IT strategy
• Develop common testing standards, tooling use-cases, and processes across end-to-end testing activities
• Enable centralized visibility of testing activities through reporting dashboards and standardized metrics reporting

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
• 10 years of related engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing a team of associates
• Expertise in software testing methodologies
• Experience working within a large organization and in IT
