Quality Engineering Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Quality Engineering to lead its quality strategy and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish a clear definition of software quality and formalize metrics and processes
• Implement SaaS-oriented testing practices and refine deployment methods
• Lead the selection of tools for test automation and monitor organization-wide quality KPIs

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in software quality, test engineering, or software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven success in establishing quality programs in SaaS or cloud-native environments
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and automated testing practices
• Hands-on familiarity with test automation frameworks and CI/CD toolchains
• Experience in defining software quality metrics and translating them into business outcomes
