Quality Engineering Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Lead to enhance quality processes and improve release strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the cross-team quality strategy across the product surface area
• Define and enforce a comprehensive testing strategy, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Partner with engineering teams to minimize manual regression and increase automated test coverage

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience leading quality strategy for complex SaaS or infrastructure products
• Strong experience in manual testing, test automation, and regression strategy
• Experience building or improving automated test coverage with engineering teams
• Deep understanding of testing tradeoffs and experience in embedded QA or cross-functional teams
• Experience in high deployment frequency environments or building toward such a model
