Quality Engineering Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QE Lead to oversee quality engineering efforts for a life insurance policy administration initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the QE planning and execution for the TPA initiative
• Define and manage functional test plans, automation frameworks, and quality metrics
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure test coverage and high-quality delivery

Required Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of US insurance markets and policy administration systems
• Deep understanding of insurance payments workflows and financial integrations
• Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium and API testing tools
• Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
• Certification or hands-on experience with TPA implementations is preferred
