Quality Engineering Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Engineering Manager to lead and elevate software quality and test automation practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of Quality Engineering practices into a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) discipline
- Establish engineering excellence across all layers of validation and implement CI/CD automation workflows
- Recruit, coach, and retain high-performing hybrid developer-test engineers while promoting quality upstream
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software quality and test automation with increasing responsibility
- Experience leading engineering teams of 5 to 12+ engineers
- Proven experience building test frameworks and software quality-focused tooling
- Deep hands-on experience with TypeScript/JavaScript ecosystems
- Expertise in enterprise test results reporting and quality analytics platforms
