Quality Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Engineering Manager who is passionate about creating life-saving technology for doctors and patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish performance goals, provide feedback, and manage team development
• Lead quality initiatives, report metrics, and participate in compliance efforts
• Develop automation for REST web services and perform various testing activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant program of study preferred; equivalent experience accepted
• 8+ years of Quality Engineering experience, including Agile Software Development
• Experience in Test Automation and coding, particularly in C#
• Proficiency in SQL for database verification and functional test automation
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead in a Test Engineering context
