Quality Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Quality Engineering Manager who is passionate about creating life-saving technology for doctors and patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish performance goals, provide feedback, and implement development plans for team members
• Participate in defining and auditing quality initiatives and report on quality-related metrics
• Write code for test automation, collaborate on quality management processes, and perform various testing activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant program of study preferred; equivalent experience accepted
• 10+ years of Quality Engineering experience, including Agile Software Development and Test Automation
• 2+ years of experience as a Quality Engineering Manager
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead in a Test Engineering context
• Relevant post-graduate qualifications and professional memberships preferred
