Quality Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Engineering Manager who is passionate about creating life-saving technology for doctors and patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish performance goals, provide feedback, and manage team development
• Lead quality initiatives and report on quality-related metrics
• Develop automation for REST web services and participate in Agile product development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant program of study preferred; equivalent experience accepted
• 8+ years of Quality Engineering experience, including Agile Software Development and Test Automation
• Experience with software build/release procedures and defect analysis
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead in a Test Engineering context
• Relevant post-graduate qualifications and professional memberships preferred
