Quality Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Establish performance goals, provide feedback, and manage team development
• Lead quality initiatives, report metrics, and manage compliance efforts
• Develop automation for REST web services and perform various testing activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant program of study preferred; equivalent experience accepted
• 8+ years of Quality Engineering experience, including Agile Software Development
• Experience in test automation and coding
• Proficiency in software build/release procedures and defect analysis
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead in a Test Engineering context
