Key Responsibilities

• Establish performance goals, provide feedback, and manage team development
• Lead quality initiatives and manage quality-related metrics
• Write code for automation, perform testing, and collaborate on quality management processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant program of study preferred; equivalent experience accepted
• 10+ years of Quality Engineering experience, including Agile Software Development and Test Automation
• 2+ years of experience as a Quality Engineering Manager
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead in a Test Engineering context
• Relevant post-graduate qualifications and professional memberships preferred
