Quality Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Quality Engineering to lead and scale their Quality Assurance Engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a QA team of 10 engineers, focusing on team development and performance management
• Define and implement QA strategies and establish quality KPIs to improve product quality
• Oversee testing processes, including automation strategy and integration into CI/CD pipelines

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a QA/QE Manager or equivalent leadership role managing teams of 8+ members
• Strong foundation in QA theory and test design techniques with hands-on experience
• Expertise in agile testing practices, automation frameworks, and test management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with digital payment solutions and AI-driven QA tools is highly desirable
