Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Engineering Manager to lead and enhance their quality engineering efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of SDETs and automation engineers, establishing standards for technical excellence
• Drive the strategy and implementation of AI-powered automation solutions to enhance defect detection and test maintenance
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tooling into the quality engineering ecosystem to improve release confidence and automation efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading quality or automation teams in a fast-paced engineering environment
• 5+ years of managing distributed or remote quality teams
• 10+ years of hands-on automation development experience
• Practical experience designing or implementing AI-driven automation solutions
• Strong understanding of how large language models can enhance quality signal and risk detection
