Quality Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager - Quality Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve comprehensive Quality Engineering strategies, focusing on release readiness and risk mitigation
• Direct the vision for scalable automation frameworks across UI, API, and integration layers
• Spearhead the adoption of AI-enabled QE practices to enhance the software development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required
• 3 years of experience required; 5 years preferred
• 1 year of leadership or management experience preferred
• Proven experience managing quality gates within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments is preferred
• Deep understanding of automation tools like Playwright and Appium is preferred
