Quality Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Quality Engineering Enablement to lead both people and technology in evolving quality practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow a Quality Enablement team, focused on coaching and empowering delivery teams
• Define and evolve a balanced test strategy that increases automation while preserving effective manual and exploratory testing
• Evaluate, pilot, and recommend AI-assisted quality engineering approaches and turn successful approaches into reusable enablement patterns for teams

Required Qualifications:

• Experience as a people manager leading technical or quality-focused teams
• Strong background in quality engineering and test automation
• Hands-on experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Experience guiding organizations from manual testing toward automated, continuous quality practices
• University Degree in a relevant technical field; combination of experience and education may be substituted
