Quality Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Quality Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Quality Engineers and define the technical strategy for automation tooling
• Collaborate with Development teams throughout the automation development process and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Implement and analyze team and project metrics to demonstrate business value and drive innovation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related field
• 6 years of experience in a software development environment with technical QA lead experience
• Experience with UI test automation tools and API testing
• Experience with performance testing and Continuous Integration environments
• Familiarity with Object Oriented languages and relational databases
