Quality Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Quality Engineering (SDET).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Quality Engineers, ensuring accountability for quality ownership and automation execution
• Remain hands-on as a SDET, focusing on critical workflows and maintaining customer-facing production automation suites
• Design and implement AI-enabled quality capabilities to enhance risk discovery and test automation

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in QA and test automation with formal people management experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python, Pytest, and Selenium
• CI/CD integration experience with tools like GitLab or Jenkins
• Experience with AI-assisted approaches to improve quality and delivery confidence
• Proven ability to coach engineers across various skill levels
