Quality Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Senior Quality Engineering Manager to define and execute the quality engineering strategy for a Loyalty Transformation Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end Quality Engineering strategy, establishing quality standards and governance models
• Lead the planning and execution of test cycles across multiple environments, ensuring alignment with release milestones
• Drive a test automation first approach and collaborate with teams to integrate automated tests into workflows

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or QA leadership roles within large scale transformation programs
• Proven experience managing quality across multi-phase releases and complex enterprise ecosystems
• Experience operating in hybrid delivery models (Agile, SAFe, or hybrid frameworks)
• Strong vendor coordination experience in outsourced or distributed delivery environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive level reporting skills
