Quality Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Quality Engineering to lead a team of Quality Engineers and Software Development Engineers in Test.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach QEs and SDETs to ensure alignment with the quality engineering strategy
• Drive automation maturity and support the consistent application of risk-based exploratory testing
• Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to align quality activities with delivery goals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software quality
• Strong understanding of modern quality engineering practices
• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor engineers
• Proven success in driving cross-team alignment on quality strategy
• Experience with agile workflows and DevOps practices
